College Life

You know that you are no longer in college when you drive an hour and a half to see a band play at a bar, and then leave after the first set. The cover charge seemed too expensive and sleep is just far more important. Those are both things that would have never phased me in college, but now, as I strike out on my own gaining financial independence (and an 8 hour work day for six days out of the week!), I realize how precious five dollars and my beauty rest can be. Thank you Kelli, for letting me take a nap at your place (because really when all that you sleep in a night consists of the hours between 2am and 7am, all that counts for is a little bit of nap time!)

You know you're not in undergrad anymore when you go to the college on a Saturday, and are not there for football purposes...and you have to fight with the parking staff to let you park in a lot that you've already paid for...and then you actually go into the library and study while everyone else watches the game.

I catch up on my sleep during days of bad weather when all of my flights get cancelled. It's a wierd system but it works. That boy is great and more on that later...we'll talk. Luv ya!
