Happy Valentines!
My annual standard for this, being the 14th of Feburary, would be to blog of coping with Valentine's Day yet again without the romance that I know I desire deeply down. (And heck... making out is fun too, so I guess coping without the romance I desire on the surface as well). I'm not going to blog that this year though. And I think it's because this is going to be the best V-Day thus far, and my reasons for that are deeply personal and more of a "Dear Diary" subject than a "world-wide web" issue. Overall, I'm just going to say that the reason for this being the best Valentine's Day has a lot to do with being single today. Feel free to make any presumptions about what else that might entail. No. I'm not going to write about Valentine's. Not this year....

Um... aren't you writing about Valentines Day by writing about how you aren't going to write about Valentines Day?
It's like the Simpson's episode where Homer flees the country to get away from some bookies and when Bart calls him he is licking frogs on some tropical island: "Homer, are you licking frogs again?" "I'm not not lickings..."
I'm beside myself with curiosity. I've never known you to find anything good about being single. Are you sure you didn't mean to type "Overall, I'm just going to say that the reason for this being the best Valentine's Day has a lot to do with North Korea agreeing to give up its nuclear weapons." ???
